ストーリー

私たちの知るものとは異なる時代、私たちの知るものとは異なる歴史を歩んだそこには、無数の蒸気機関が充ちていた。
異常発達した蒸気文明が生み出す排煙は見る間に天を埋め尽くし、人々から青空を奪い去った。
中でも、最も空が暗いとされる場所があった。
永劫に続く灰色雲と雨に覆われた廃墟、旧･重機関都市ニューヨーク。
5年前に発生した《大消失》と呼ばれる原因不明の災害によって全土が廃墟と化したかつての摩天楼、合衆国政府によって完全封鎖され、現在では人影のひとつもないその都市へと、ひとりの女・エリシアが足を踏み入れる。
